Are concerts free to watch?

Yes. All concerts are free to watch whether viewing live or on-demand. On-demand videos require a streaming account. Please consider donating the cost of a ticket ($35) to support digital concerts.

What devices can be used to view digital concerts?

Anywhere you can play online videos—computer, smart TV, tablet or smartphone—you can watch Minnesota Orchestra performances. After the concert has aired live, it remains on the This is Minnesota Orchestra website so you can view it and other Minnesota Orchestra digital content at any time.

How long after the performance can I watch the concert?

It depends on the performance. Each concert is available on our streaming website for at least two weeks. You will need to create a free This Is Minnesota Orchestra account (different from your account used to purchase tickets) to unlock all concerts and extras.

Where can I read more about a performance?

You can read about the composers, musicians and repertoire in the program notes. Program notes are available in the program details under the video on our streaming website.

If you are watching during the live broadcast, you can text "NOTES" to 25827 to get program notes sent directly to your mobile device.

My video and audio are not in sync. What should I do?

It is probably an issue with the speed of your internet. Try opening and closing the video again to see if it fixes the problem.
