Music Trivia

At a Glance

Join local trivia host Brian Ward and Minnesota Orchestra musicians on Zoom for a special trivia game testing your knowledge of all things music—both classical and beyond. This event is free, but registration is required.

More Details

  • Brian Ward has been absorbing and disseminating trivial facts since he was child. He believes knowledge is infinite, and that everyone knows a lot about something. His trivia is devoted to identifying and revealing exactly that! In his spare time, he leads the lobbying effort to make bar trivia an Olympic sport for the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles.
  • Each week, Brian will be joined by a pair of Minnesota Orchestra musicians, who will play excerpts and share their insights on the trivia questions.
  • Games can be viewed on Zoom, with answers submitted on the Kahoot app. The top three teams each week will win a prize, as will the top three teams over the course of the entire series.
  • We recommend that you get two devices ready before attending:
