Yoga Class at Orchestra Hall

About This Event

Join us for a yoga flow with live music curated and played by Principal Flute Adam Kuenzel. Instructor Nancy Boler from Common Ground Meditation Center will facilitate this experience in the Orchestra Hall lobby for beginners and experienced yogis alike!

Fun Facts:

  • Sun salutations meet live music in our new Yoga Class at Orchestra Hall series! Practice the art of yoga in the serenity of the Orchestra Hall lobby while members of the Minnesota Orchestra play musical selections that inspire and center body and soul.
  • Nancy Boler first experienced yoga in Nepal while serving in the Peace Corps in 1994 and earned her teaching certification at the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts in 2000. She has been teaching yoga ever since and loves blending the worlds of yoga and meditation in her classes and her practice.
  • Nancy Boler teaches Mindful Yoga, primarily at Common Ground Meditation Center, which won "Best Place to do Yoga" in the City Pages' Best of the Twin Cities ® 2018 issue.
  • Each hour-long class in the series is open to all ages 15 and up. We encourage you to join us whether you are new to yoga or looking to transform your practice!
  • Please bring your own mat and water bottle, as well as any props (towels, blocks, etc.) you would like to use for the class.
