Steak and Crab Meat and Italian Soup Recipes
Gather the ingredients needed for these favorite recipes from violinist Milana Elise Reiche. Then settle in for a Minnesota Orchestra concert broadcast from your couch!
Steak and Crab Meat
This is a delicious and easy dinner for four. Serve with greens.
- Crab meat 1 pint
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp chili paste
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper
(Can be put on avocados)
- Olive oil
- 4 center cut beef tenderloin steaks 2 inches thick
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
Sear tenderloin steaks 4 minutes each side. Add tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 400 for about 12 minutes. Serve with crabmeat mixture on the side.
This is an easy and yummy soup great with crusty bread on a cold Minnesota night!
- 1 lb Italian Sausage-no casings
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans Northern beans drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Basil-dried and fresh optional
Cook sausage. Add spices and onion. Add rest -salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
