Audiences invited to attend a performance at Orchestra Hall for free on Saturday, September 14
The Minnesota Orchestra is canceling the outdoor evening performance scheduled for the Lake Harriet Bandshell this Friday, September 13, due to expected inclement weather—particularly cold temperatures and windy conditions that make performing outdoors challenging.
Audience members instead will be welcomed to attend a Season Sampler performance at Orchestra Hall on Saturday, September 14, at 8 p.m., featuring music from Beethoven to Fats Waller. Tickets can be reserved for free online at minnesotaorchestra.org or by phone at 612-371-5656, using the promo code 1920SAMPLESAT, subject to availability.
